Grantham
A historic market town with fast trains to London and everything on your doorstep.
Grantham is a proper Lincolnshire market town with a lot going for it. The high speed rail link gets you to London King's Cross in a little over an hour, the A1 is on the doorstep, and you get far more house for your money than almost anywhere else on the East Coast main line.
The town is well served for schools, including The King's School and Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School, both with outstanding reputations. Add in Wyndham Park, the River Witham and a growing food and drink scene and it is easy to see why buyers from further south keep discovering it.
