He was a big help with explaining things for me as a first time buyer and he also has a YouTube channel with further information regarding buying in the local area in and around Grantham. He helped by liaising with the sellers and chasing up the management companies when needed. He also referred me to my mortgage advisors (Swift Finance) who were incredibly helpful with chasing everything for me as well. Thank you for all your help!”

We met Grant when viewing a property he has on the market and we were impressed with him we have used his opinions and some of his services when looking to sell our own property. One of the easiest agents to get ahold of as he keeps you updated personally through WhatsApp unlike the big Highstreet names who don’t return phone calls. His figures are realistic and fair and for a man who is doing it all himself, he is more organised and informative than some of the other organisations we have used. Would highly recommend!”
